Do you offer more than what is available online?
At Found, we’re pleased to offer our customers one-of-a-kind new and vintage treasures including furniture, art, mirrors, lighting, decorative accessories, jewelry and gifts. We strive to continually inspire our retail and design professional customers alike, while offering exceptional service and timeless style for the home.
Our online inventory is just a small assortment of what we offer in our retail store in New Canaan, CT. If you don’t see what you’re looking for online, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’re happy to share photos of our ever evolving in-store inventory.
If an item is marked "Sold Out" when will it be back in stock?
If you are interested in an item(s) marked "Sold Out" please contact us for availability.
Do you ship?
Standard shipping is available for most of our inventory. Due to the fragile nature of some items, unfortunately we cannot ship everything offered online at this time. We offer curbside pickup from our retail location in New Canaan, CT or complimentary local delivery - please call or email us for details.
We are happy to recommend third party shipping companies to deliver our larger and more fragile items.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If an item we shipped to you is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will do our absolute best to make it right.
Can I return an item?
All sales on vintage items are final. Store credit only for eligible returns. All sales are final after 14 days of purchase in-store and/or delivery date. Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items.
